The story behind us

Born in Jakarta, Chef Vito had his stagiaire time at Teatro Gastroteque, Bali, he then became the pre-opening team of Restaurant BLANCO par Mandif in Ubud, Bali. To excel his cooking skills, he joined the Three Michelin Starred Restaurant, Robuchon au Dôme in Macau, working under the legendary Chef Joel Robuchon.

In April 2019, Chef Vito decided to return to his country to make more contributions to the Indonesian culinary scene. He joined Fairmont Jakarta as the head chef of VIEW Restaurant and became the mastermind of The Pod Dining. He joined the VIN+ Group to open BOTANICA Dining at Ashta District 8.

Our vision

Hidden inside Ruko Simprug Gallery, we treat our food and service with care. We carefully curate everything we serve so customers could have a vibrant dining experience, from choosing the best coffee beans, ingredients, to providing warm service. To further expand our offerings, MARKT also provides tailor-made menus to fulfill private event needs, as well as a private room that can fit up to 25 pax.
